huawei announces service center facility change in lisbon
A new space will be open to the public at the beginning of January 2, 2023
Huawei will move Huawei Service Center Lisboa commercial space to a new location. The store, until now located on Avenida António Augusto de Aguiar, in Lisbon, will operate, from 2 January 2023, at Rua Manuel da Silva Leal nº 4C, in Benfica.
With an area of 50 square meters, the new space aims to offer a differentiated and fast response to those who visit it, as well as a better service experience for our customers. The service offered by Huawei will be the same as it currently exists: it will continue to be a customer service center , a repair center and a point of proximity between the brand and the consumer.
Jiandong Xue, Country Manager at Huawei CBG in Portugal, said: “We want to continue to offer an immersive experience to our consumers, seeking to meet their daily needs through a comprehensive service based on high-quality technical standards in terms of repairs. We focus on the customer and, for this reason, we want to continue to be a reference in the after-sales service we offer, maintaining a close relationship with the user from the first moment. This change of facilities is in line with our objective,” he adds.
It is remembered that at Huawei Service Center Lisboa, repair services are available through the call center, in addition to selling brand’s products and the opportunity to enjoy the experience area and special campaigns.
The new Huawei Lisboa Service Center will operate with the following time schedule: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00 – and will be located at Rua Manuel da Silva Leal nº 4C, Benfica (Lisbon).
